Shipping and Handling

We offer shipping Australia wide with tracking.

International shipping is not available due to market restrictions.

Estimated shipping time is 2-6 days plus 2 days handling time. A tracking number will be sent to you once order booked with Australia Post.

We are unable to send to other dealerships other than our own group for collection.

Click and collect is also available** from any of our group dealerships, Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm excluding public holidays.

**You will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. Our availablity includes all depots in our group.

Saturday collections are by arrangement only (9.00am-4.00pm), please contact us to confirm.

Returns

For up to 30 days from purchase date Items can be exchanged for a store credit or change of size with proof of purchase from the Barry Bourke Motors Online Shop and item in original undamaged packaging. 

Orders are to be returned at buyers' expense however Barry Bourke Motors Online Shop will pay for replacement order postage.

Some items may be eligible for a full refund.
